Ms. Elena Lou is the founder of Beijing Elite Realty Limited which is one of the leading real estate brokerage companies in Beijing, expertizing in high end residential leasing and sales at the very beginning. These years Elite Realty engaged in real estate brokerage and services business, covering both commercial and residential property leasing and sales. Their clients included Kodak, Nokia, Motorola, IBM, Beijing American School, and many embassies in Beijing. Elena used to work for L&D Consultant Limited from 1993 to 1997. L&D Consultant Limited was a leading real estate property consultant company in Beijing. Its business scope included new property development consulting, residential and office properties leasing and selling. She was the sales manager of a 15 people team. Her key role included property marketing information collection, training the sales team members, and managing the customer relationship. Now Elena is responsible for overall business and growth of the Beijing Elite Realty, including profit and loss. Her key roles include business planning, staffing, training, sales, and customer relationship. Besides, Elena has always personally managed large accounts like the embassies and multinational companies. She is gradually growing the company from 4 people in 1997 to 25 people in 2008.
