In 2007 Alex Gemici spearheaded the expansion of Deutsche Bank’s mortgage operations into the Caribbean and Latin America. Alex is currently Head of the Mortgage Business for Deutsche Bank in Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. Co-Founder and former CEO of Montgomery Mortgage Capital Corporation, Alex has 25 years real estate and investment banking experience holding senior executive level positions throughout his career. Responsibilities included management of a new business development division; underwriting; due diligence; asset management; property management and financing and acquisition analysis.
