Ms. Jin was born in Beijing, China. Her English name is Helen. Helen received her master degree with Honors in Regional Economics for Real Estate in Beijing Capital University of Trade & Economics. Helen, together with the beginning of the Beijing commercial real estate market, started her career in this new real estate industry in Beijing. During her more than fourteen years of progressive and professional commercial real estate service as well as supervisory and managing experience, she and her team helped hundreds of international enterprises and big state owned firms to satisfy their real estate purchase or lease demands. She is always working in front line of property consultant for location selection, marketing and evaluation. Since 1996, Helen founded her own property consultants company. She gradually leads her team become one of the top five leading consulting companies in Beijing commercial realty market, and she is considered as an expert in Beijing commercial property market. Apart from her business, Ms. Jin serves as a director of Beijing Association of Real Estate Agencies.
