Yvonne Phelan is a Realtor® with Prudential America specializing in investment real estate. After a world traveling saga, she decided to return to her beloved Arizona to share the joy in its meteoric rise to the 5th largest city in the US. Arizona is again claiming its right to be one of the hottest real estate markets today.
Prior to taking off to see the world, Yvonne enjoyed being an Educational Consultant for Harcourt Brace Publishing Company and when she wasn’t doing that, she took that marketing talent to another level, to create her own publishing company in the world of Books on Tapes. She and her husband Thomas created award winning series in the audio publishing world to bring them to the point of being recognized for a Grammy.

Her current entrepreneur ventures include the development and sale of investment properties in Arizona and her own development venture, the La Vida Buena Boutique 5 – 10 acre Vineyards. In 2007 Yvonne and her husband Thomas purchased over 100 acres in Argentina’s famous Mendoza wine country and are currently developing turnkey boutique vineyards and an exclusive Wine Club with an Estancia.
