Prof.Dr.P.S.N.Rao
India Real Estate Outlook
Prof.Dr.P.S.N.Rao is a well known academician specialising in real estate affairs. With over 22 years of experience in urban development, housing and real estate, he has been responsible for pioneering real estate education in India.
He is trained as an architect, civil engineer and town planner. As a consultant, he has been associated with the UNICEF, World Bank, USAID and various other international and national organisations and parastatal bodies.
He has been engaged in capacity building programmes in urban affairs for senior civil servants, mayors and elected representatives of urban local government. He has over a 100 publications, is a member of various important committees and has won many awards. Presently, he is Head, Department of Housing, School of Planning and Architecture, a premier organisation under the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India, New Delhi. He is also the Founder Chairman, National Association of Realtors-India ( NAR-INDIA ).
