Lalaine Tanaka

As principal of the hospitality division at KTGY, Lalaine Tanaka exhibits over 2 decades of architecture design experience in hospitality, commercial, mixed-use and resort planning projects throughout the United States. She is an instrumental figure who is extensively involved with the direction, oversight and development of each project.
A licensed architect in the state of California, Lalaine is also a member of the Orange County Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Urban Land Institute (ULI), the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Lalaine is a graduate from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo where she obtained a Bachelor of Architecture and has also attended the University of California, Los Angeles.
Founded in 1991, KTGY provides planning and architectural design services for residential communities, retail developments, hospitality and related specialty projects throughout the United States and international. Winner of numerous national and regional awards, KTGY is headquartered in Irvine, California with offices in Santa Monica, Oakland and Denver.
